Visual identity, posters, packaging, graphics for video
● José Pedro Pinto is a multi‑instrumentalist musician and composer. Trained in classical guitar at the Viseu Regional Music Conservatory, he composes original pieces for guitar, pipe organ and small ensembles. He regularly performs his music in concert or in film‑concert format, and is the author of several film scores.
● José Pedro Pintoʼs career took off in 2019, and since then he has released three albums: «Misericórdia» (2021), «Liturgia» (2023) and «Carmo» (2025) — all with physical CD editions. In each case, I had the honour of not only developing the graphic work that accompanied each release, but also being part of the creative teams and the decisions that made these works possible.
● José Pedro Pintoʼs work has been establishing an original dialogue between heritage and traditional Christian‑inspired rituals, with a very personal sense of spirituality — not necessarily religious (in the sense of restricting its relevance to any particular creed) — bold and innovative.
I. Misericórdia (Mercy) (2020-21)
Album with ten original pieces for solo pipe organ, recorded on the historic baroque organ of the Misericórdia Church, Viseu (Jun. — Sep. 2021). This work gave rise to the eponymous film by Gonçalo Loureiro, created to accompany the piece Misericórdia. A visual poem that brings together mythological elements and modern horror in a story about redemption and Mercy.
